If you wish to purchase any product available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information about the transaction including, for example, payment method, payment card number and expiration date, your billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) used in connection with any transaction. By submitting such information, you grant to WHILL Inc., Inc. the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any transaction initiated by you or on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Billing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WHILL Inc. accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Credit Cards<\/strong>&nbsp;We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Debit cards<\/strong>&nbsp;Bank issued debit cards are gladly accepted as long as they bear either the Visa or MasterCard logo on them, and payment processes immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FSA\/HSA Debit Cards<\/strong>&nbsp;Save money by using your FSA dollars to pay for items purchased at WHILL Inc.&nbsp; We recommend that you&nbsp;verify eligibility with your FSA carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pricing &amp; Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WHILL Inc. cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing or availability errors may occur on the <a>Site<\/a>. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a Product. WHILL Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligation to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from WHILL Inc. WHILL Inc. may, at its discretion, either contact you for options or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will notify you if such limits are applied. &nbsp;Similarly, WHILL Inc. reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them. &nbsp;The Site sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FREE Standard Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard ground shipping is free for orders shipped within Canada. Delivery surcharges may apply to rural or remote postal codes. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, our customer service team will contact you with the additional shipping cost for approval and payment before the order is shipped. Orders requiring additional shipping charges will not be shipped until payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may be longer for shipments to rural or remote locations. Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. WHILL Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers and disclaims liability related to transportation, delivery, or setup services performed by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Expedited Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second Day and Overnight Shipping may be available on most items, excluding li-ion batteries. To get a quote or place an order with expedited shipping, please contact our customer service department at <a href=\"mailto:ca.sales@whill.inc\">ca.sales@whill.inc<\/a> with the product(s) you are interested in purchasing and your shipping address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second Day or Overnight Shipping will expedite the delivery of your products once they are ready to ship but will not shorten the processing time. Expedited shipping is available for delivery Monday thru Friday only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International shipping is not available at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we email you with your order confirmation, we will give you an estimated ship date. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice.
