Important Product Safety Notice on the Assembly Procedure of WHILL Model C
This notice is to reiterate the potential risk of serious injury to the user that may result from using the WHILL Model C without having adequately assembled its components.
To avoid this risk, users must ensure that, after assembling the components, the front and rear drive base release lever has tilted all the way forward and that the anti-tip bar has dropped to its lowest position.
Driving the device with the drive base unlocked or the anti-tip bar raised is extremely dangerous, because the front and rear drive bases may separate while going over an obstacle, up an incline, or onto a ramp.
The information in this notice is also included in the WHILL Model C user manual. Please read the user manual fully and carefully.
