Billing
WHILL Inc. accepts major U.S. credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Bank-issued debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted and processed immediately. FSA/HSA debit cards may be used for eligible purchases; please verify eligibility with your plan administrator.
Pricing and Availability
WHILL Inc. cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after an order is placed. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell a product. WHILL Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing or availability errors and may either contact you regarding available options or cancel the order and notify you by email. Product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to correction and change without notice. WHILL Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities and prohibit sales to resellers.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard ground shipping is free for orders within the continental United States. Additional surcharges may apply to rural ZIP codes, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available. WHILL Inc. does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. WHILL Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers and disclaims liability related to transportation, delivery, or setup services performed by third parties.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may expire or be discontinued at any time, are void where prohibited by law, may not be sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash. WHILL Inc. reserves the right to impose conditions, cancel, or modify promotional offers at its discretion.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the original product purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges, subject to the terms of the Return Policy. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WHILL INC. OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFITS. EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY ARISING FROM WHILL INC.’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR DEATH OR BODILY INJURY RESULTING FROM WHILL INC.’S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, WHILL INC.’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO WHILL INC. FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
