02Place your order online

Please place your order through our online store.
When ordering, provide your delivery and collection addresses.

03Delivery to your location

On delivery day morning, our staff will contact you to confirm the rental’s arrival time.
If receiving the rental at a location other than your home (such as a hotel or inn), please get permission from the location management first.
*The rental will be delivered assembled, so you can start using it right away.

04Return

On the final day of your rental, we'll collect the item from the address you provided when ordering. Please hand over all items to be returned to the person in charge.
Please follow the return checklist provided in the guidebook included with the rental.
If any item is not returned by the deadline, a late fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) will be charged per day.

Notes

  • Orders must be placed online only; phone orders are not accepted.
  • Credit card is the only accepted payment method.
  • Only the WHILL Model F (Light Blue) color is available for rent.
  • Please refrain from using if you weigh over 115kg or if you are too short to reach the footplate.
  • There is no exemption from liability for theft, loss, or damage caused by customer negligence.
  • If you fail to return the item by the due date, you will be charged an extension fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) per day. If you exceed the due date without notification, the same fee applies.
  • If you need delivery to a location such as a hotel, you must obtain permission from that address yourself. Please provide the following delivery information when placing your order:
    1. Last name, First name: Ensure it matches the name of the person making the hotel reservation.
    2. Phone number: Hotel phone number. We will inform you of delivery time. If you prefer to be contacted directly, please provide your personal number.
    3. Address: Hotel address
    4. Building name: Hotel name

Frequently asked questions

What about cancellations?
A. Please contact the Will Concierge Desk and tell us your order number, name, and that you would like to cancel. Cancellation fees are as follows:

・4 business days before the delivery date (excluding the same day): Free of charge
・From the day after the 4th business day before the delivery date until the day before the delivery date: 19,800 yen (tax included)
・After the delivery date: Full rental fee

*WHILL Concierge Desk's business hours are 9:00-18:00 on weekdays. Please note this in advance.
Can I change the number of rental days after placing an order?
You will need to cancel and place a new order.
Can I change the delivery date after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request. However, we cannot accept any changes after the product has been shipped.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
What should I do if something goes wrong with WHILL during the rental period? Will I be charged for repairs?
We will not charge you for repairs if the breakdown is not caused by your negligence.
However, please note that if the breakdown is caused by your negligence, a separate repair fee will apply.
Can you deliver outside of Japan?
No, we cannot.

How should I return it?
Staff member will come to collect the item on the last day of rental. There is no need for you to follow any procedures to return the item after use. A staff member will contact you by phone before collection.
